Question 1

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver. The cost depends on your location and the size of the order, so we confirm the exact amount with you before dispatch. Hawkesbury locals can pick up free.

Question 2

Can I order by phone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Call 0425 260 199 to place an order, ask about the current harvest, or talk through a bespoke label idea.

Question 3

How do bespoke labels work?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about your event — wedding, corporate Christmas, client gifts — choose a jar size and quantity, and send your artwork if you have it. Minimum run is 30 jars. We'll design or refine the label with you and confirm pricing before anything is printed.

Question 4

Is your honey really raw?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It's cold extracted, never pasteurised and never blended with honey from anywhere else. It may crystallise over cooler months — that's the sign of the real thing.
